We’ll ensure your business is properly registered, compliant, and has all the right pieces in place—including an EIN, sales tax permit, correct employee classification (W-2/1099), and QuickBooks integration.
✅ Custom Financial Setup & Bookkeeping Support
We help structure your QuickBooks accounts to match your shop’s workflow and services. You’ll learn how to manage your bookkeeping properly, stay on top of sales tax, and keep your finances clean and audit-ready.
✅ Written Business Plan & 1-Year Roadmap
You’ll work directly with us to develop a real-world business plan and a detailed 12-month action strategy. This plan sets targets for growth, profitability, staffing, and equipment upgrades.
✅ Monthly Metrics & Performance Tracking
Using our custom MSA Coaching Spreadsheet, we track key performance indicators like billable hours, revenue, parts sales, and employee efficiency—then use that data to identify areas for improvement and help you make better decisions.

MSA Coaching works best with reoccurring monthly meetings to help you measure, make changes, and improve your business practices over time. With that said, you are under no obligation to continue after the first session. Additionally, if you are a larger shop or more flexible at implimenting change to improve things, we can do more than one session in a month. Each session is $300 as it takes time to run the reports and generate the metrics we use for measuring your progress, as well as the meeting where we go over the results and make an action plan to improve things for the next session.
