My Shop Assist has several ways of communicating with customers and keeping them up to date on their projects. The first is the integrated text messaging system. This two way text messaging also allows the customer to call the number which we forward to your shop phone as an added convenient way of letting them contact you. You can send pictures through the texting, as well as authorization requests, estimates, job updates, follow up messages, and even payment requests. Most of the text messaging features mirror the email capabilities, which means you can email your customers the same messages if they prefer it over text messaging. Last, we also have the customer login portal where they can login and check job status anytime they want, keeping them up to date without having to call you and disrupt your day with questions that can be answered by viewing their job online easily.
